Expectations

Each piece is original and handmade, excluding the wood panels and the canvas. Expect some imperfections; after all, this is what makes them unique.

No original piece can be recreated.

You may find the colors of your pieces to be slightly different from what you see on your computer screen. It is normal, each computer's setting is different.

Care

The artwork you have purchased is an original piece of art that is unique. Please, take care of your artwork. Don't display it in a direct sunlight area to prevent yellowing and fading of the artwork.

To clean the surface of the resin art pieces, use a damp rag or a duster to wipe down or a very soft cloth with some glass cleaner products like Windex.

Images Rights

The artist, Swann Freslon, reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission from Swann Freslon. All the content of this website is under copyright and may not be reproduced or used in any manner without prior written consent by Swann Freslon.

Refunds and Returns

No refunds or exchanges on the items you purchase on this website will be accepted unless it has been damaged in shipping. In that case, you must show proof of the damages. Please, contact me for any special circumstances so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Details

All art pieces are wrapped in protective shipping material and sent in a rigid cardboard box or crate.

Orders will be shipped via USPS or a package delivery company (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Allow one week to process the shipping and 1 or 2 weeks for delivery. The artwork is insured for its value during shipping. Should any artwork be lost or damaged, please contact us. We will offer refunds for the original paintings once the shipper pays out the insurance claim.

Pick-Up

If you are living in the San Francisco Bay Area, contact us to organize pick-up or delivery.

International Orders

International orders are available. Contact us to receive a shipping quote for art pieces. Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery (or more if the package is held up in customs). We are not responsible for international taxes and duties.
